2. SCOPE
These Terms of Sale apply to consumer purchases made through dumplipop.com.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed these Terms of Sale, the Shipping Policy, the Return and Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers.
3. PRODUCTS
The essential characteristics of each product are described on the relevant product page.
Customers should review the product description, dimensions, contents, materials, age guidance and safety information before ordering.
Product photographs are intended to represent the product accurately. Minor variations in colour, finish, shape, packaging or hand-finished details may occur.
These variations do not constitute a defect where they do not materially alter the product described.
4. MYSTERY PRODUCTS
Mystery products contain a randomly selected design.
The customer cannot select a particular design unless the product page expressly provides that option.
Duplicates may occur when several Mystery products are ordered.
The random nature of the design forms part of the product description. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights concerning cancellation, faulty goods or products that do not conform to their description.
5. PRICES
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise indicated.
The total price, including delivery charges and any taxes collected through the checkout, is shown before the customer confirms payment.
Any additional charge that may apply must be disclosed before the order is placed.
We may change prices for future orders at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
6. ORDERS
The customer must check the contents, delivery address and total price before submitting an order.
After an order is placed, the customer will receive an electronic acknowledgement.
An order may be refused or cancelled before dispatch where:
- The product is unavailable;
- Payment cannot be authorised;
- The delivery address cannot be served;
- Fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected;
- An obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred;
- The order would breach applicable law.
Where DumpliPop cancels an order after payment, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. PAYMENT
Payment methods actually available to the customer are displayed in the checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
DumpliPop does not guarantee the availability of a particular payment provider unless that provider is shown in the live checkout.
8. FULFILMENT
Orders may be fulfilled by DumpliPop or by selected third-party fulfilment and supplier partners.
Products within the same order may be dispatched separately and may arrive in different parcels.
The customer remains entitled to contact DumpliPop concerning the whole order, regardless of the fulfilment partner used.
9. DELIVERY
Delivery destinations, charges, processing times and estimated delivery times are stated in the Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
10. TRANSFER OF RISK
Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer or to a person identified by the customer to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
11. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Cancellation, withdrawal, return and refund procedures are described in the Return and Refund Policy.
Customers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify DumpliPop that they wish to cancel an eligible distance purchase, followed by 14 days to return the goods.
The customer may be responsible for change-of-mind return costs.
DumpliPop will cover reasonable return costs where a product is faulty, damaged, materially misdescribed or incorrectly supplied, where required by law.
12. FAULTY OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Products must conform to their description and satisfy all mandatory legal requirements that apply to the sale.
Customers benefit from all mandatory rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe or non-conforming products.
These rights are separate from and are not reduced by any voluntary commercial return policy.
